Surface texture classification of stainless steel wire drawing board
Wire drawing board generally refers to the surface texture plus the collective name. The former name is frosted board, and the surface texture includes straight lines, random lines (and lines), ripples and threads.
1. Brushed straight lines. Normally, it is processed by mechanical friction on the surface of stainless steel to obtain straight lines on the surface. The processing process of the wire drawing plate can eliminate the scratches on the surface of the stainless steel plate raw material, and it also has a good decorative effect. This kind of pattern also has long silk pattern and short silk pattern, because this pattern uses scouring pad or stainless steel brush to make straight or short lines on the surface of the plate, and the pattern of different thickness can be obtained by changing the diameter of the steel brush.
2. Brushed chaotic pattern (and pattern). The sand pattern on the surface is composed of a circle of sand patterns from a distance, and the irregular pattern in the near area is formed by irregular swinging of the grinding head up and down, and then electroplated and colored. The surface of this kind of texture is matte, and the production requirements are also very high.
3. Brushed corrugated. The production process is to use the axial movement of the upper set of grinding rollers on the brushing machine or the rubbing machine, so that the surface of the stainless steel has a wave-like texture after being brushed.
4. Brushed thread. Its manufacturing and processing technology has some characteristics. First, a small motor is used, and the shaft is equipped with a circular felt. The small motor is fixed on the table, and the angle is about 60° with the edge of the table. After that, a pallet is made to fix the stainless steel plate, and a polyester film is attached to the pallet along the edge of the pallet to limit the thread speed. After this, the linear movement of the felt and the mop can be rotated, and the thread pattern of the same width can be obtained on the surface of the stainless steel plate.
